Thank you for sharing! Chris is always a wealth of information... He is correct, 2.0 is about being helpful. When we get down to the nitty and gritty of it and figure out why we are doing what we are and what is working and not working (policies...healing from the inside-out), we can start having meaningful conversations and building relationships.</description>
