Lest you think that this blog and my work at Booz Allen is solely my doing, I thought it was high time to create a page highlighting some of the tremendously talented people working on my team. You’ll be seeing some guest posts from these guys on steveradick.com from time to time, but in the interim, make sure you start following them on Twitter and get to know them there now – think of it like getting a chance to meet LeBron James before he became a huge NBA star…or not. Either way – here are some of the people who are helping me maintain my sanity.
Matt Bado – Matt Bado is a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen and is our social media lead for the Military Health System, a unique partnership of medical educators, medical researchers, and healthcare providers and their support personnel worldwide. In this role, he leads the award-winning social media program, creating a more transparent, participatory and collaborative community surrounding health promotion and disease prevention. Tracy Johnson is a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen, and she develops outreach and communications strategies for clients that are enhanced by the integration of effective social media tactics. Her citizen-centric view of government permeates her work and she never develops a plan without placing herself in the shoes of her client’s customer. Michael Dumlao – Michael is a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen and specializes in creative design, web development and social media. He’s a creative design genius who helps us make everything we do look good (hell, he designed this site!). He’s also our Crisis 2.0 go-to guy and has spoken at several conferences on the convergence of social media and crisis communications. He’s @michaeldumlao on Twitter and lives in Washington, DC.

Katherine (KT) Tobin – Katherine Tobin, an Associate at Booz Allen, applies her foreign policy background to help U.S. government clients use social media to collaborate and share information across multi-agency Communities of Interest. These communities often include several thousand participants around the globe, working at multiple classification levels. KT is also Vice President for Public Service for the non-profit organization Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. She tweets at @kttobin.
Ryan Alexander – Ryan currently consults on social media and online communications with a U.S. Army client. Prior to joining Booz Allen he successfully implemented new media and communications strategies for political campaigns such as John Edwards for President, Tom Harkin for Senate, Brian Paddick for London Mayor, and several others. Chris Hemrick - Chris provides our government national security clients with strategic communications and marketing and outreach support, with a heavy emphasis on social media. Prior to joining Booz Allen, he was an active duty U.S. Air Force public affairs officer for nine years and is currently a Reservist with the USAF assigned to the Air Force Press Desk at the Pentagon. Donald Jones is an Associate and “social technologist” who is currently supporting the Military Health System Office of Health Affairs through web strategy and social media. Prior to joining Booz Allen, he guided design, web and information technology strategies at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute. Don received a Masters of Arts in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University, where he focused on issues of identity within the virtual world Second Life.
Jacque Brown is a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen, helping public and not-for-profit organizations integrate social media into existing communication, collaboration, and knowledge management strategies. She currently supports social media efforts at TRICARE, the military health program. Jacque received a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University where she focused on e-Governance. Find her on Twitter at @jacquebrown.
